James Edward "Debouke" Fuller, Jr., 51, of Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on January 21, 1974.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. Fuller, Sr. and Charlene Cox Davis; and his sister, Anna Cox.

He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on January 21, 1974, a son of the late James E. Fuller, Sr. and Charlene Cox Davis.

Surviving are one daughter, Bethany Fuller of Bowling Green, VA; one son, Braxton Fuller of Fredericksburg, VA; four grandchildren, Clark Tompkins, Sophia Fuller, Calvin Tompkins and Parker Tompkins; one sister, Louise Johnson of Clarksburg; and four nieces and nephews, D'Mitri Savoy, Ceasar Johnson, Malcolm Johson and Anniyah Hughes; and several great nieces and great nephews.

Mr. Fuller was a 1992 graduate of Washington Irving High School and was a self-employed contractor. He previously worked in fiberoptics for the government out of Virginia, also working abroad. He then started B & B Handyman Services as a general contractor and worked at High Life Lounge for many years.

James liked to fish and hunt and loved nature. His life mission was to help people, and he especially loved spoiling his grandchildren.

In keeping with his wishes James will be cremated.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. There will be a repast at the Kelly Miller Community Center following the memorial gathering.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Kelly Miller Community Center Food Bank, 408 EB Saunders Way, Clarksburg WV 26301, or to the Alzheimer's Association, 1601 2nd Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387.
