James Garner

GARNER – James Garner, age 79 of Loganville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. James was a truck driver prior to retiring. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Dixie Garner; mother, Catherine Jewell (Bissett) Garner Payne; step-father, Archie Payne; siblings, Patricia Henderson, Dixie Ann Christian, Gene Garner and Jack Garner; niece, Jeannie Garner; and nephew, Phil Garner. He is survived by his brother and sisters-in-law, Mack (Patsy) Garner and Phyllis Garner; brother-in-law, Ray Christian; nieces and nephews, Craig (Jennifer) Henderson, Greg Henderson, Deanna Grayson, Brittany (Alex) Godfrey, Jona (Jeremy) Cardell, Nicholas (Gina) Lynch; many special great nieces and great nephews; numerous family and friends.
