I did not know Jim personally, but have been a part of an engineering team with Zach for many years. I am sorry I did not get to know Jim, but I am sure he is proud of his son (Zach) and the rest of his family. Jim's light to the world will live on through the legacy he has left by making the world a better place and inspiring those he cares about the most to do the same - may peace be with you all during this time of celebration of Jim's life and mourning of his separation.
