James "Jim" L. Giese, 69, of Rapid City, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 7th, at the Rimrock Church, 12200 West highway 44, Rapid City, SD 57702 with Pastor Ben Green officiating. A private interment will take place at a later date.
Jim was born February 23, 1956, to Dean and "Betty" Elizabeth (Bertha) Giese, in Hoven South Dakota. He graduated from Hoven High School, and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business from Northern State University in Aberdeen. Jim Married Pamela "Pam" Eisenbraun on February 14, 1997, in Rapid City.
Jim is survived by his son, Layne of Tucson, AZ; brothers, Bob (Marcia) of West Point UT, and Timothy (Colette); nieces, Amanda and Sarah, all of Sioux Falls.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Pam.
