James Gilligan Obituary
He is also survived by his siblings, George, Dennis, Sandie, and Vickie. and was preceded in death by his brother, Charlie.
Among the many passions in his life, Jim especially enjoyed time with family and friends, flying his airplane, playing euchre and spoons, hunting, and spending time at his second home on Bois Blanc Island.
A celebration of life will be held in the new year in Ann Arbor and on Bois Blanc Island. Time and dates to be announced.

My favorite memory was watching you make all those donuts and helping you eat a few every so often. Just so I could buy them in auction for 5x more. Your memory will always remain in my heart. I love you sir and you was a wonderful father figure to everyone. I meet you when I was 6, and you made a wonderful impact to my life. Thank you for everything and I send nothing but love to the family.
