James Edward "Jim" Greichen
March 8, 1929 – September 19, 2022
On Monday, Dad left us to unite with his "bride" (Patricia) who he has visited every day since her passing at Ft. Logan Cemetery. He led by example and wisdom that we learned from, and counted on, as children and as adults. He was our Mom's loving and devoted husband for 65 + years. Their love for each other was a true "fairytale" love affair. We will all miss him terribly.
Jim is preceded in death by his "bride" of 65 + years, Patricia Marie Greichen; dad John Greichen; mom Rosamond Greichen; sister Kathleen. Survived by brothers Jack Greichen and Bill Greichen; children Jim, Mike, (Kathy), Mary (Greg) favorite son-in-law (okay only one), Jack (Theresa); nine grandchildren Dan (Stefanie) Hawley, Matt (Jessica) Hawley, Rick (Ashleigh) Dewar, Bryan Dewar, Jacqueline (Ben) Bolton, Katie (Ryan) Lasswell, Sarah Greichen, Jacob Greichen, and Laura Greichen; eight great-grandchildren Glenn Hawley, Clara Hawley, Adalyn Hawley, Brantley Hawley, Lavena Dewar, Nora Bolton, Juliette Bolton, and Miles Bolton.
