"Little did we know, the day that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone for part of us went with you the day God called you home".

On behalf of the management (Eddie and Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson's Funeral Home, we sadly announce the passing of Mr. James Edward Hall, of Ridgeway, South Carolina. Mr. Hall transitioned into eternity Monday, January 19, 2026.

The family is requesting no flowers be sent to the service. In Lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Shiloh Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 1770 SC-213 Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2026, 12:00 noon at St. Mark Baptist Church, Ridgeway, South Carolina. Interment will follow in Shiloh Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Winnsboro, South Carolina.

The family will receive friends at Nelson's Funeral Home, 270 N. Dogwood Ave. Ridgeway, South Carolina, Tuesday, January 27, 2026, 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
