Was heartbroken to hear that Jim had passed away. I had no idea. Just found out from a good friend of his about his passing. Jim had been our UPS driver for years. He always had a good sense of humor, always smiling, joking and so pleasant to talk to. Just an all around good guy. We always talked about how his kids were doing. For awhile he had taken leave from his route and when he came back I was so happy to see his smiling face. He will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his loving wife and children and oh how he loved his family. Rest In Peace dear friend.

Always had time to say hello with a big smile and handshake, a joke and grin as he rode away in his brown truck, dedicated and loyal, loved his family, and lived life to the fullest...he truly will be missed!

One of the greatest cousins I could ever ask for. From the first game ever at Comerica Park Opening Day 2000, to the first round of golf we played 4 weeks ago, you will always be remembered. Thoughts and prayers go out to Julie and your beloved family.

I´m extremely saddened for your loss. I graciously love his love of God. We can´t be there to celebrate his life physically but we will certainly be there in spirit. May God hold all of you closely and bring you comfort and peace only He can. Much love. Hugs

We are deeply saddened by Jim´s passing. Never was an obituary so true as with Jim´s. Having him for a neighbor was amazing. We can attest to his cooking because the smells coming from his grill were always very tantalizing. We could also tell how much his family including Avery and JJ meant to him. He was hard working and we always joked about how he used his leave blower and lawn mower after dark with the use of a headlamp! Our prayers are with Julie and family. God´s healing to you.

Jim was not just our UPS driver but he was a friend. I enjoyed many conversations with him regarding his family which he loved so dearly. We also talked about sports, politics, duck hunting, deer hunting and Food Plot. Jim loved his family dearly and was proud of every one of his children. We shared many a text regarding his family and hunting. Our thoughts and prayers go to Jim´s family he will be deeply missed. God bless you Jim, you can now protect your family from above.
