James Robert Heflin

James Robert Heflin was born February 10, 1951 and passed away November 8, 2025 at his home in Springfield, TN at the age of 74. Jim went to Rosemead High School. He loved the outdoors such as fishing, hunting, water sports, and woodworking. His line of work was in construction. While he did many jobs within these companies, the one he loved most was moving dirt for building applications. He was an avid swimmer along with his three sons. When he was 16 years old, he tore apart an old vehicle engine down to the last bolt. His dad told him to label the parts so he would know how to put it back together. But Jim didn't listen. He put that old vehicle engine back together and it started. He had an innate ability for mechanics. He loved his family and friends.

Preceded in death by his sister, Linda Terracciano, brother, Kirk Heflin, and wife, Karen Heflin. He is survived by his wife, Denise Heflin, previous wife, Donna Heflin, sons, James (Lilian) Heflin; grandchildren, Sean (Jessica) Heflin, Christian (Nadine) Heflin, Nolan Heflin, and David Heflin; grandchildren, Selina Heflin, David Heflin Jr., Jacob Heflin, Jonathan (Kelli!) Heflin, Nevia Heflin, Nathan Heflin, and Matthew Heflin; great grand-children from Sean and Jessica Heflin, Landon Heflin 12, Carson Heflin 8, and Jaxson Heflin 9 mos.
