James Monroe Henson was born in San Mateo, CA in 1945 to parents Harry and Mary Henson. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1963 and immediately went to work with his father in the drywall business. He relocated the business to the Dallas area in 1968 where it remained until his early retirement in 2001.
Jim was preceded in death by his father Harry Henson, mother Marry Henson, wife Linda Henson and brother Van Henson.
If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend his viewing at Hurst's Fielder Baker Funeral Home, on March 22, from 12PM-2PM, in Farmersville, TX. A private graveside service will be held following the viewing.

I was very sorry to hear of Jim's untimely death. He was a friend at Watermere at Frisco, Texas, where we lived as neighbors for the past few years. I enjoyed his many stories of times in California and Texas and his good sense of humor. I'll miss his attempts to figure a good place for his white pick up truck. Good whiskey, good wine, good laughs and good talks. Rest in peace good friend. Les & Shann Anderson
