JAMES HOGAN

James Patrick Hogan, 68, passed into the next realm on February 2, 2026. James was the son of late James C. Hogan and Joan Hogan (Brown) (nee Schupp), beloved brother to the late older brother Michael. Survived by younger sister Laura, nephew of the late Gerry Keator (nee Hogan) and cousin Kelly Tallentire (nee Keator) on dad's side and cousins Peggy, Franny, Elaine, Gail, Joe and Sandy on mom's side and Friends of MANY

James was known to his friends and loved ones as Jimmy. He is already sadly missed by all who loved him. He was a great and loyal friend to all that knew and loved him and the majority of his friendships span back to decades. Everyone who was very close to him deeply appreciate and cherish his friendship and love. He was a treasure to us all

Jimmy spent the majority of his career/years working at Die-Matic Corp with machinery, metal stamping, tools and dies in Brooklyn Hts. He was a much respected co-worker to all who worked with him there. He was also an avid bowler and one of the best left-handed bowlers in Cleveland for many years with 2 300 games to his credit, 2 296 games, and many other achievements, awards, plaques and trophies along the length of his bowling career.

Funeral Mass Friday, February 13, 2026 at 10 a.m at St. Mel Church, 14436 Triskett Rd, Cleveland, OH 44111. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. FRIENDS RECEIVED AT THE ZEIS-McGREEVEY FUNERAL HOME, 16105 DETROIT AVE. LAKEWOOD, OH 44107 FROM 4-7 P.M. THURSDAY.
