James Fortunato Ingargiola Sr.

Jim was a member of VFW Post 6258 in Halifax. His long time friend Louise would bring him. He was a pleasure to talk to and would recite the Ragged Old Flag. One day he brought in his boom box and sang Karaoke for us. What a great voice he dad. Jim will always be remembered by all who knew him. God Bless him and his family. Semper Fi Marine! ... I want to express our sincere sympathy to the family. Jim was a cherished friend of the Fullerton and Farrell families. And we all agree that we'll always remember him singing at the Olivet Memorial Church. And his favorite song to share with all the congregation was "His Eye Is On the Sparrow." Surely the Lord gave Jim decades to experience that He was , indeed, not only watching over all creation, but watching over him personally. And what a blessing to have this wonderful man as a friend! We will miss him;yet rejoin him one glorious day when God calls us to heaven, as well. May Jim's life testimony be a comfort to his family in particular, and a reminder to all of us that God is watching over us personally and is waiting for us to reach out to Him always. We loved you Jim, and will miss you.

Remembering Jim...A life well lived! The memories Jim created for others will live forever in the hearts of so many. He was an amazing man of deep devotion to his faith, family and country. Jim was a proud member of the "greatest generation". Thank you Jim, for you distinguished service to our country. Quietly in prayer I ask God to comfort all who loved and will miss Jim. In my heart Jim is singing with the angels!
