James Henry Ingle was born January 8, 1937 in McNairy County, TN, the son of the late James William Ingle and Agnes Crangle Ingle.

On February 27, 1960, he united his life with Sylvia Ferguson, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love and memories. Sylvia, his devoted partner, preceded him in death on June 4, 2024. He was Baptist in belief, enjoyed gardening and bird hunting.

Mr. Ingle dedicated 20 years to residential construction, followed by 16 years in commercial construction. His unwavering commitment to his work and family was a beacon of strength for all who were fortunate to know him.

Mr. Ingle departed this life on September 15, 2024 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 8 Months, 7 Days.

He is survived by a son, Jerry Wayne Ingle and wife Amanda; a daughter-in-law, Tracy Ingle; two sisters, Mary Lou Tibbs, Shirley Kellough; six grandchildren, Brandy Burkhead and husband Britt, Lauren Droke and husband Cody, Claire Marshall and husband Riley, Macie Mitchell and husband Sam, Crystal Moore, Josh Cox and wife Toshia; five great grandchildren, Aidan Cox, Landon Moore, Dawson Moore, Chase Bridges, Avery Burkhead; a great-great-grandchild, Holden Gagyi; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Ingle was preceded in death by a son, James William Ingle; six sisters: Sue Barnes, Edna Broadway, Vassie Stoval, Dorothy Ingle, Marie Ingle, Katherine Kiser; four brothers: Douglas Ingle, Thomas Ingle, Paul Ingle, W.T. Ingle.
