Funeral Service with Military Rites will be held Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Mt Sinai Missionary Baptist Church with The Reverend Claude A. Wallace officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in James' honor, to support the ongoing fight against this disease and to help others in need.
The family will receive friends at 122 Connecticut Avenue from Sunday through Wednesday, between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
