James Fagala Obituary
Family will receive friends on Monday, October 9 immediately following funeral services at Joyner's Funeral Home.
Jim graduated Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, VA and served his country honorably with the U.S. Air Force. He was an avid sports fan, but especially golf, NC State football, and Barton Athletics. Jim was also a long-time and faithful member of the Wilson Breakfast Optimist Club. Above all, he loved his family and will be missed dearly.
Jim is survived by his daughters, Jami Fagala and husband, Tolio Rubio of Hillsborough, Traci Vasquez of Las Vegas, NV, and Staci Fagala of Roanoke, VA; sons, Jeff Mozingo and wife Karen of Sims and Kenny Mozingo and wife, Angela of Sharpsburg; special friend, Jo Ann Poythress of Wilson; step-mom, Jean Fagala of Owensboro, KY; grandchildren, Tyler, Melissa, Candace, Ashley, Hunter, and Sara; and great-grandchildren, Levi, Nolan, Austyn, J'Ceon, and Ma'Laya.
Jim was preceded in death by his loving wife of twenty-four years, Pat Fagala; parents, Orin Henry Fagala and Evelyn Beck Fagala; and brother, Mike Fagala.
