James "Jimmy" Wright Obituary
Funeral services for James H. “Jimmy” Wright, 83, of Moscow, Texas will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Gary Wright and Bro. Robert Jones officiating. Interment will follow at the Wright Family Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
Jimmy was born January 22, 1943 in Houston, Texas and passed away February 25, 2026 in Lufkin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Carlisle Wright and Allie Mae Fincher Wright; and daughter, Kristi Wright Amarantos.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Wright; son, Jimbo Wright and wife Gina; son-in-law, Spiro Amarantos; grandchildren, Timber Wright, Brayden Wright, Allie Wright, Abbey Wright, Carter Amarantos, and Cooper Amarantos; great grandchild, Sawyer Carlson; and brother, Rex Wright and wife Janie; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: Cooper Amarantos, Carter Amarantos, Brayden Wright, Keith Young, Ronald Sewell, Harley McFadyen, and Keith Wright.
