It is with deep and heartfelt sadness that I extend my condolences to the family of Dr. James Curtis Jones, a high school classmate of my sister, Kathaleen Thomas Bennett. His mother, Mrs. Eunice Mallett Jones was my third grade teacher and taught me cursive writing, his brother Paul and I are friends and graduates in the Gordon High School Class of 1963. Jimmy brought much pride to his peers as well all citizens of Dillon, SC who knew him and his family.
