In memory of
Dee (O´Neal) Baker
June 7, 2025
I am so sorry to learn that Jimmy has passed. We are cousins and most of us moved away from the area where we grew up. We lost contact with each other but I still have memories from our younger years. He was always such a big part of my Aunt´s life when they both lived in Walterboro SC. So very nice to her. I will always remember him for that and his kindness to me. I am thinking of his family now and extend my heartfelt sympathy. Sincerely Dee Baker.

My condolences to Jimmy and the entire family. I had the pleasure of working with Jim on numerous projects while with NCDOT. Jim was always a true southern gentleman and represented his clients 100 percent. He will be truly missed by many and his work and projects are a testament to his work in the community.
