A wonderful man who played golf at Horse Creek Golf Course and was a pleasure to be around. He never failed to sit down and talk to me every time he was there ... His health was amazing at his age , God surely blessed him ! RIP Mr. Langley , you are missed ....

He was a good father and a great uncle to be with and just fun to spend time with on and off the golf course, he was always there for folks and family. I will miss him dearly. Go with God Jay!

We can only hope to be the man Jay was for his 97 years. He was always ready with a friendly word and solid handshake that never varied. Jay was my hero and he enjoyed hearing it every time I saw him. I am pleased to have known him as a friend.
