James Odom Lillard

James Odom Lillard, 86 of Hamilton, New Jersey, died on March 2, 2026, at Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell. Born April 14, 1939, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jim participated in scouting and developed an early passion for electronics. In high school, he built a robot named "Electro" for a local science fair. He relocated to New York City to pursue a career in computer programming, sales, and service. After retirement, Jim moved to New Jersey. He enjoyed taking cruises, scuba diving, and singing karaoke. Always one to enjoy a good party, he acquired the nickname "Crazy Jim," which still brought a smile to his face in his final days.

Son of the late Benjamin Odom and Nina Polly Gill Lillard, husband of the late Glenda Sue Lillard, James is survived by two children, daughter Gloria Kay Miller, son Michael Keith Lillard, their spouses, and six grandchildren.

Funeral Services are private with burial in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
