James Tracy Lowe age 58, of Collins Highway, Pikeville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Tracy was born on Sept. 14, 1966 to his parents the late James Kenneth Lowe and Barbara Sue Little Lowe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Mark Kenneth Lowe. He was a prep plant operator and electrician for Clintwood JOD LLC, and Sidney Coal Company for over 27 years. Tracy was a member of the East KY Ham Radio in Paintsville, Ky., and a believer of the baptist faith.
Tracy is survived by one daughter, Allison (Ermal) Causey, his fiancee, Melina Hampton, two grandchildren, Isaac and Sienna Causey and a host of loving family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Steve Spurlock, JImmy Reed Adkins, and Jimmy Jack Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
