James Lynn Obituary
Visitation for James L. “Jimmy” Lynn will be held Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. Funeral services celebrating the life of Jimmy will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Mike Wilkes officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana.
Jimmy was born November 8, 1951, in Vivian, Louisiana and left this earthly life on July 27, 2025, in Houston, Texas. He was the manager at the Red Ball Oxygen Company located in Minden, Louisiana before transferring to one of the corporate offices located in Shreveport, Louisiana where he was the key part of the CAST (Core Account Sales Team) and then retired after many years of service. Jimmy loved his daughters and grandchildren dearly.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Lois Lynn, wife, Martha Lynn and brother Larry Lynn.
He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Lynn and Kimberly Morrow both of Minden, grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, Kendall, Cameron, Levi, Keegan, Colton, Lexi, and Reede, great-grandchildren, Jackson, Vivian, Isla, Stella, and Dawson, and sister Sherry McCabe and her daughters Stacy Holtsinger and Courtney Starkey.
Pallbearers will be Scott Moak, Marty Jones, Greg Smith, and his grandsons, Jordan, Cameron and Levi.
