John is one of the kindest, and most authentic people I've had the good fortune to meet. He introduced me to many excellent restaurants on the southwest side. And, he always had a hilarious stories to tell. I will always miss Jim-he will never be forgotten.

My deepest sympathies and condolences to friends and family of Jim. Jim is such an exceptional man!!! So genuine and sincere. He introduced me to Krapil's; I wasn't aware of such excellent restaurants on the Southside. He is simply a great guy, I regret we lost contact. I am devastated to discover of his passing. Jim will always be a fond memory-I miss him.
