My brother Jim was very thoughtful and funny. We both settled in the northeast corner of Los Angeles, in Sunland, CA. We often had family gathers at his home, which provided my five sons with unlimited fun and numerous cousins who filled Jim's pool. One year Jim found an abundant supply of tadpoles and frogs in his yard, due to extra heavy rainfall in our area. Jim called on my older boys (Chris, Greg & John) to come and gently remove them from his pool. Needless to say, the boys enjoyed a great adventure attempting to emptying the pool of almost 100 frogs. They even built a newly landscaped pond off his property, so all tadpoles & frogs would live happily ever after. Or so the story goes! Thank you Brother Jim, for such fun memories. We miss your humor and loving support!!!
