James Miner Obituary

North Franklin - James Irving Miner, 81, of North Franklin, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025.

Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson Street, Willimantic. A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at his home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
