I am truly glad to have known Jim and Ann. Great folks and they will be greatly missed.
My condolences to all in the Monserez family. They had a great life and I know you have many, many fond memories.

Mr. Monserez was my very first boss at the hardware store.

Big Jim was a friend and role model since my time in High School. When his son Marty and I both lived in Pittsburgh, he always found an extra ticket for me whenever ND played Pitt or Penn State. We always had more fun than should be allowed. I picture him now in heaven with Anne, and I smile. Big Jiim, well done good and faithful servant. Kevin Canfield
