James Lee "Jim" Morton

I was with OHP/DPS Communications for many years before moving up the corporate ladder within DPS. Jim and Danny Pearson were instrumental in my hiring and served as mentors during my early years in Communications. I will always be greateful for Jim's guidance and patience during those years. I just today heard of his passing via the OLERS newsletter, or I would've paid my respects in person. RIP Jim. . .

Jim was a great friend. We worked together at DPS in the late 70s, early 80s. He was always one to help, when you needed him. You will be missed my friend.

Precious memories of my friendship with Jim. Met him as a young widow and I´ll always remember his kindness and wise counsel in those trying times.

RIP boss. Appreciate your leadership.
