Jim taught me so much about running a band and playing a gig. My time with him and Elaine at the Ground Floor in Beachwood OH and at the Ugly Mug in Cape May will always be treasured. He will be missed. Rest in peace dear Jim.

My deepest sympathy to Jim's family. I knew him back in the Bobby McGee days and was married to him for a brief time. He was a gentle man with a good sense of humor. May he rest in peace.
