James Roucal Noteboom

Though I only had the joy of meeting James once, the warmth and kindness he showed made a lasting impression. We met for a meal with his wife and family, and before I could even offer to pay, he had already taken care of everything-quietly, generously, without hesitation. When I tried to insist, he just smiled and wouldn´t hear of it.

Outside, he stood peacefully with his fluffy puppy, full of calm and grace. His wife lit up the moment with her smile, and together they radiated a sense of love and deep connection. It was clear he was a man of strong faith, quiet strength, and a heart devoted not only to God, but to his family.

Even though our time together was brief, I´m grateful to have shared that moment. His kindness and presence will not be forgotten.

Wishing peace and comfort to Joan, Tess, Patrick, and Lochlain, and all the family who miss him deeply-especially today, on his birthday. May his memory continue to be a blessing.
