Dear Sandy, Family,

We are so sorry to hear of Jim´s passing while we were away. I can remember the last time we spoke with Jimmy along with the family over a Denny´s breakfast. The stories came out fast and furious and we shared many good laughs about the old days. He always had a good memory and was as funny as hell when delivering his message. You could always count on him to bring a smile to whomever he was speaking with. Whether it was on softball diamond, putting green or in the courtroom, he had that most distinctive voice that we all knew so well. He provided a lot of sound advice to a lot of anxious people over the years and left things better than he found them. I appreciated his help with the land in Italy and all the other advice he offered over the years. His wit, his stories, his jokes and the manner in which he would deliver them would always paint a clear picture of the subject at hand. With him you could always count on a great sense of humor and a warm smile to make people comfortable.

He was such a fine man and will be missed by you, your family and many, many, many folks in the community for years to come. An icon.

With all of the history that we have and many times that we visited with each other, It would always bring a smile to my face when someone would mention Jimmy O´Sullivan.

Please keep those memories in your heart and in your mind as you get through this difficult time. We will always remember him warmly. Rest in Peace Jimmy.

Our deepest sympathy to you and the family,

The Colorado Ruggeris ... Jay, Marsha, Sophia and Siena
