James Edward Orr

James Edward Orr, age 87, of Canton, GA, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2026, at his residence.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Orr officiating. Interment will follow in the Orange Methodist Church Cemetery with Honors given by the United States Army. 

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, March 30, 2026, and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janeal Orr

Survivors include:

Son - Mark Orr and wife Charlotte

Son - Mike Orr and wife Stephanie

Grandchildren - Matt Armstrong and wife Cheyenne, Savannah Adams and husband Talor, Brian Armstrong, Ashlyn Orr, and Blake Orr

Great Grandchildren - Elias, Amelia, and Elsie James Armstrong

Several Nieces, Nephews, friends, and other family members also survive.
