We were fortunate to spend time with Fred and Cathy. We loved hearing stories of times he spent with family. His love for them and his pride in their accomplishments was always evident. We are so grateful that he became part of Cathy´s family and thus a friend to us, making memories that we will always cherish. Hugs to the family.

When Fred retired I finally got to meet him in Eagle Lake where he and Cathy were happy. He was a joy to visit with and as dear as Cathy told me. I am sad because it will be so lonely for her without him and we wish his time here could have been longer. I feel that God is with him.

Fred Powell was a wonderful man! And a good friend! He was truly a good friend and a blessing to so many!
I know Catherine and the whole family will miss him greatly! Me too! We were so fortunate to have him in our lives and on this planet!
May you all find comfort and peace in the memories and blessings that Fred shared with all who knew him.
