James Ray Rice, 60, born in Gravette, Arkansas, on February 7, 1965, to Elmer Rice and MonnaRae Rice, passed away on August 20, 2025.
James left behind his mother, MonnaRae Rice of Neosho, Missouri; three children, James Rice Jr and his wife, Misty, of Texas, Michael Rice of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Timothy Rice of Indiana; one brother, Jeff Rice, and his wife, Janet of Granby, Missouri, two sisters, Deborah Venson and her husband, Lonnie, of Neosho, Missouri, and Rebecca Gibson and her husband, Jason, of Granby, Missouri; his life partner, Lachel Trout of Wyandotte, Oklahoma; three stepchildren, Jeremiah Trout with his wife, Cady, Shelby Trout with Steven, and Nathan Trout with his wife, Leandra; fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
James was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Rice.
