James Ronay Obituary
Born in Lubbock, Texas, on September 20, 1944, he was a son of Stephen Ronay and Doris Flower Ronay. He was a US Army Veteran and a retired Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was a member of The Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, Inc.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia "Pat" Alexander Ronay; son, John Kyle Ronay (Winter); daughter, Amanda Ronay; brothers, Richard Ronay, Vincent Ronay, and Michael Ronay; and grandchildren, Kayle, Harper, Brooks, and Chase.
Services will be announced at a later date.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Chris's passing. I always looked forward to his visits and his stories. Godspeed Chris, and I will see you down the road.

It is with considerable sadness that we learnt of Chris' passing. I got to know him through SAFEX's association with the IME. His unwavering support for our work showed his commitment to health, safety and security of commercial explosives. His kindness and gracious manner made him one of the gentlemen in the explosives industry. To Pat and his family we extend our heartfelt condolences. We are the richer for having known Chris and give thanks for a life well-lived.
