Jimmy was a part of our little group at Bellaire. I´ll always remember him picking me up in the red corvette (top down) with that irresistible smile. Boys in the group were very close and jimmy could remember them in later years as they kept in touch all their lives. Times were simpler then. A date with one of " the boys" meant we were all going to get together somewhere and enjoy whatever we decided to do. BHS kids in the 50s and 60 s were lucky. Jimmy will be so missed by all his BHS pals.

I first met Jim in 1970 as an Air Force student pilot in Lubbock. In 1978 we became neighbors in kingwood and golfed and golfed. I was very fortunate to be a friend of such a great person. He enjoyed life and is a great loss. Rip Jim.

I flew my first trip at Delta with Jim, and many after that. He also checked me out when I went through initial training in the 767. We played countless rounds of golf together both at Kingwood, and at the Delta Golf Tournament with our "Houston Group"! Jim was one of the very best!

One of the pilots I fondly remember flying out of Houston as a new hire Delta pilot. He was one of the "good guys" I remember made it a pleasure flying with in my early days with the company. RIP Jim.
