James Schimizzi Obituary
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Joseph.
Jim will be greatly missed by his wife, Lorie. Children, Jamie (Derek) Basignani, Jodi (Justin) Vestrand, Melanie Boland, and Dana Kellar. Grandchildren, Nico, Elianna, Jackson, and Ben. Siblings, Jerry (Barb) Schimizzi, and Donald (Lisa) Schimizzi. He will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews.
Jim was full of life; he served in the Navy and was the owner of Century Motors R.V. Center. When he wasn't spending time with his family, Jim enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also spent his time with his friends at American Legion Post 18
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to American Legion Post 18 or any veteran charity of ones choice
Family and friends will be received from 1:00pm-3:00pm and 5:00pm-7:00pm, Monday, March 10, 2025, at The Vaia Funeral Home Inc., 463 Athena Dr. Delmont, 15626, (724) 468-1177. A blessing service for Jim will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the funeral home.

Jim served as a officer at the Slickville American Legion for years he gave his all he did everything u needed from a officer RIP NAVy BROTHER
