James was born on May 23, 1949 and passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017. James was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing. He graduated from Memorial High School in 1967, and graduated with his Associates Degree from Wright State University in 1982. Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm, April 13, 2017 in Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, OH, with Chaplain Herb Wilker officiating; where the family will receive friends from 2 - 6 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
