Dr. Settle was my 8th-9th grade Latin teacher in 1998-99. I, along with many of his students, will always remember his sharp wit and tough tests. Over the years I thought of him often and appreciated how well-prepared I was for future Latin classes. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Settle. My son Paul really enjoyed him as a teacher and friend. I have kept informed through my son of events. He will be missed by many.
