James Russell Stewart

Extending belated sympathy to Jim's family. I am also a former graduate student and Dr. Stewart was a professor who was respected and admired. I took all of his courses that dealt with aging. They were excellent! Forty years on, I am still teaching and grateful to the faculty in the Social Behavior department at USD.

Dr. Stewart was a "great" guy and a wonderful professor - I really enjoyed the many courses he taught and all of the help he provided me as a graduate student in the sociology program. He will be missed!
