I never got to meet you but my mom always said you wanted a grandson and when you sadly passed mom found out the she was pregnant with me and ive head a lot about you but i never got to meet you and june is doin fine fly high pop

The members and supporters of the Albemarle High School Alumni Association were very sorry to hear about James Stork's passing. It is always sad to lose a member of the Albemarle family, and we offer our condolences to his family and friends.

Brian and I are so very sorry to hear of Mr. Stork's passing. Though we only met a few times long ago, we love James dearly and know how very much he will miss his father. Please know that we are thinking of you all and hope that your memories of him will help you through this difficult time.

Mrs. Stork,
I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I read the article in the magazine at AMC about your husband and Dr. Wilms. You see my husband suffers from the same thing your dear Jim suffered from. He found out in July 2008. Please let Jimmy know how truly sorry I am for his loss and I think of him often. I am not sure he will remember me and I only met you once but know that our prayers are with you.

June sorry to hear of your loss. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Jim is resting peacefully now, God will see you through it all.

Jim was the best. My memories of him are of pure joy and laughter. He always spoke with a smile and his presence blessed anyone who came in contact with him. He was always willing to help if you needed it and he always put his best foot forward. I will never forget who he was and I will always remember the joy he brought to his work environment. He was the best!

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Ms. Stork - I was truly saddened to read of your loss in the paper today. My heart and prayers go out to you. I am glad you had Hopsice to help. They are wonderful aren't they. Let not your heart be troubled for there is peace on the other side.

We would like to send our condolences to the Stork Family. Jim was a wonderful man. By working with him at U.Va. for several years, it gave me the privilege of hearing some wonderful stories, as well as being part of a few practical jokes. Even after his retirement Jim often came by to visit us at work and take a couple of us out to lunch. Always with that spark in his eye he had some sort of story to tell. We would often lose track of time and be late in returning back to work But, the story made it so well worth it. My most recent conversation with Jim left me in tears, Not of sorrow but, in laughter, as once again a short story was so well worth hearing from Jim.
