James Todd Obituary

He was the son of Almedia and James H. Todd of Myrtle, Beach, South Carolina.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years Patricia Todd; sons Justin Todd and wife Chelsea and Bryant Todd and wife Kayla; siblings Robert Todd and wife Suzanne, Michael Todd, Timothy Todd and wife Janet, Sherri Wilson and husband Charles, Terry Witten and husband Robert, Pamela Hernandez and husband Edgar; son in law Robert and friend Kristin. Jim had numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. He loved his 6 grandsons and his one and only granddaughter very much. Jim loved his 2 dogs Bella and Emma.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Almedia and James H. Todd, brother Thomas Todd and stepdaughter Stacey Cook.
He loved fishing, crabbing, hunting, boating, and camping. Jim made friends everywhere he went. No one was a stranger to him.
Jim was most recently a superintendent for Consigli Construction Company and was very proud of his numerous construction jobs.
Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 11:30 am with Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating. The family will greet friends 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday from 10:30 – 11:30 am. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery in Hagerstown, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation at: www.cbf.org
