Colonel Toth, thanks for two great years at 2nd ANGLICO. Thanks for your leadership and your mentorship. I owe my Marine Corps career to you. Semper Fi, sir!

I knew Jim when he was on the faculty of the NDU/ICAF. He was an outstanding faculty member and gave good counsel to many of his faculty and student colleagues. A great pleasure to know of his many outstanding contributions to our National Defense over decades.

Col Toth was my boss at ICAF. He was a real gentleman. Enjoyed working along side of him for many years.

If this is the man who was Capt. Toth and lived in New River apts. in Jacksonville, NC, around 1958, I remember you fondly. I was 9 years old at the time. We Snyder kids lived next door and loved to hear him play his bagpipes. Sometimes, he would go over into the woods to play so he wouldn't bother anyone, but we kids would run and gather around him as soon as we heard him start playing. Thanks for the memories!
