James D., age 59, April 17, 2022. Devoted father of James David (Victoria) Uhl, Justin Michael Uhl and Taylor Uhl (Estevan Fernandez); loving grandfather of Madison James Uhl. Loving son of Rose (the late George) Rafferty and the late Joseph "Sonny" Uhl; dear brother of Susan Uhl (Vincent Mancini), Roseanne Uhl, Billy Uhl, Thomas Uhl, Carol Rafferty and the late Joseph Uhl; also survived by many loving aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Friday morning 9:00 to 10:15 A.M. at St. Monica Church, 17th and Ritner Streets. Funeral Mass to begin 10:30 A.M.
Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, N.J.

Jimmy was a special character that all of south Philly will miss. My brother Joseph and him were very close and he spoke to him often.
