Hello Becky. I just read about your dad. I am so sorry for your families loss. I remember your family so well. I use to go to Calvary Baptist Church in Henderson. I lived right around the corner from y´all. I spent a many nights with you & your family. You were my best friend back then. Your family is in my prayers. Connie 252-886-0699

Though you are gone, your spirit remains with us always, though you are with our lord now. I will love and remember you always papa Vaughn. You were a great man, and lived a great 91 years of life spreading the word of god.

Preacher Vaughn has and will hold a special place in my heart always. I came to know the lord under his preaching. I believe he was a man of God. Heaven gain and our lost. I am very thankful that we crossed paths in this life. God bless until we meet again. Praying for all the family. God bless and keep each of you. Love him and each of you . Deepest heartfelt sympathies. Uncle Melvin will be greatly missed. He had a larger-than- life personality, a quick wit and an infectious laugh. He was truly one of the happiest people I've ever known.
