James was born in Pittsburg, TX on May 29, 1967 to Janice Wells and James Williams. He attended and graduated Winnsboro High School. James graduated in the class of 1985.
James was self-employed as a scrap metalist, tree trimmer, and overall junk removal. He loved to spend time with family and friends. He loved the Lord. He rededicated his life to the Lord before his passing. James had two children, Alyssia Howard and Benjamin Wells, with his life partner Lisa Howard.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving life-long partner, Lisa Howard; two children, Alyssia Howard and Benjamin Wells; four sisters, Sheletia Martin, Theresa Wells, Rhonda Williams, and Vickie Williams; two brothers, Terry Wells and Ricky (Sharon) Wells; a host of nieces and nephews; a very special sister, Cynthia Jones; and big brother Cedric Byrd.
He was loved by us all!
