James Williams Obituary
James Curtis Williams was born on December 20, 1957, to the union of Floyd Williams and Leola Thelma James in Ocala, Florida.
He received his formal education in the public schools of Marion County, Florida.
James accepted Christ as his personal Savior at a young age and was baptized in Antioch Missionary Baptist Church where his membership remained until his passing.
He was united in holy matrimony with Christine Denise Sanders in West Palm Beach and their union was blessed with one son, James Ladeldrick Williams.
James was employed as a cook with Lee's Chicken. His hobby was fishing.
James departed this life on March 13, 2024
As the gates of heaven opened wide, A warm embrace from the other side,
A reunion with loved ones gone before, A homecoming like never before.
He was Preceded in death by his mother, Leola Thelma James; grandparents, Ernest & Mary James; sister Ruby Jay Williams; brother-in-law Ronald Woods.
James is survived by his son, James Ladeldrick Williams of West Palm Beach, siblings, Floyd C. Parker, Sr. (Bernice) of Miami. Rubye Baldwin (Isacc), Rosa Woods both of Ocala, Betty Starks and Shirley Williams both of Baltimore Maryland, Cassandra Brashears of West Palm Beach; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 2:00 until 6:00PM at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala, Fl 34475.
Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:00AM at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 2350 NE 140th St Citra, Florida, 32113
