Jan Feld Obituary
Jan was born on March 30, 1947 in Zlotoryja, Poland to the late Maria and Herman Feld. He immigrated to the United States, to New York, at the age of 18, with his mother, father, and sister.
Jan has lived in New York State since he came to America, splitting time between New York City and Katonah for many decades, until taking up full time residence in Katonah within the last decade. He was an accomplished businessman and respected member of the jewelry industry, owning and operating his own jewelry manufacturing business for over 50 years.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Anna, and his 3 children, Lisa Feld (Francisco Arsuaga) of Scarsdale, NY, Tina (Adam) Citron of New York, NY, and John (Rachel) Feld of Denver, CO. He is the proud grandfather of six grandchildren (Sammy, Teddy, Tucker, Quinn, Lily, and Maya).
His funeral service will be Tuesday, September 10th at 1:00 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home,4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY 10536 with Rabbi Jason Fenster officiating.
Interment will follow at Sharon Gardens, 273 Lakeview Ave., Valhalla, NY

I met Jan's Mother in Vienna in '69 on my way to the USA. She did not have enough superlatives to describe her son.
I contacted Jan right after my arrival in New York and was in awe with him.
He was very handsome, full of energy and plans for the future.
The memory of this meeting stayed with me through the years.
