Mr Jan Okon

With his family at his side at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, Jan Okon in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Maria for 40 years. Cherished father of Ewa Okon (Jamie Husain) and Kasia Pocrnic (Matt). Dziadzio of Henry, Oliver, Mila, Nora and Nika. Dear brother of Krystyna Osuch, Danuta Wlosowski (Roman) and Zofia Gliwa (Bogdan). Son-in-law of Eugenia Gnypel all of Poland. Brother-in-law of Krystyna Kowalik (Wieslaw) of London, and Zofia Kot of Poland. Also loved by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Poland. Pre-deceased by his parents Aniela & Roman Okon, his father-in-law Jan Gnypel and brothers-in-law Leon Osuch and Jozef Kot. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Friday, August 16, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill st., on Saturday at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery London.
