My deepest condolences to Donna and Rusty, as well as to your entire family. Jane (respectfully, Mrs. Bellinger), was a fine role model, both as an educator and community- minded person. I was honored to paint her portrait for a group art show highlighting local women who had done outstanding things in their community. May your mom rest in peace. Jane was truly a special lady who's gift for educating and developing a sense of community changed lives of so many people in the Mohawk valley. She was a grand lady with a sweet soul and wonderful smile. She will be truly missed.
