Jane Ann Cumber

Cumber, Jane Ann Kamine "Janeann" Menasha Age 56, passed away after a long fight with Cancer on Monday, March 19, 2007. She was born in the state of New York on September 28, 1950 the daughter of Reinhart and Leova Cavert Kamine. On October 20, 1978 she married her husband of 28 years, Steven Cumber. Janeann loved her family and particularly liked to play with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her love of crossword puzzles and playing bingo. Janeann is survived by her husband, Steve; father, Reinhart Kamine; children: Paul April Cumber of Menasha and Rebecca Alejandro Hernandez of Menasha; grandchildren: Selena, Christina, Curtis, Dylan, Alejandro Jr., Ryan, and Blake; brothers: Russell Kamine, David Kamine, Peter Karen Kamine, Mark Karen Kamine; sisters: Nancy Bud Thompson and Betty Kamine; and further survived by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Leova Darlene Kamine; brother, Raymond Kamine; and many aunts and uncles. The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at Wichmann's Tri-County Chapel, 3212 S. Oneida St, Menasha, with Rev. Larry Matthews officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. The family extends a special thank you to the staff at St. Elizabeth's I.C.U. for their open and compassionate care. A memorial fund in Janeann's name is being established.
